As an Invisalign patient, you know how important it is to wear your aligners every day. But are you wearing them long enough?
With TrayTime, you can easily and accurately track your daily wear time. Designed to be as streamlined and as unobtrusive as possible, you can quickly start, stop, and view the timer on your iPhone or your Apple Watch.
When you take your trays off, tap Remove Trays. When you put them in, tap Insert Trays.
It’s that easy.
TrayTime counts how long your trays have been off for, so you can quickly tell if you can have a snack and still reach your daily goal.
When you stop the timer, TrayTime starts counting how long your trays have been off for. This makes it much easier to tell whether you’re on track to meet your daily goal.
If your goal is 22 hours per day, then you know you can have your trays off for 2 hours per day. If your total time off for today is 1 hour, 40 minutes, then you can easily see that you have time for a snack.
TrayTime tracks your full history, so you can visually monitor your usage trends.
With a full visual history, you can easily see which days you achieved your daily goal and identify any areas for improvement.
Tap any day in the History view to see the full details for that day. This can be helpful in understanding why you didn’t — or did! — meet your goal for the day.
Show your history to your Orthodontist to put a smile on their face.
TrayTime was made specifically for Invisalign users by an Invisalign user, and refined over months of real-world usage.
There’s two things every disciplined Invisalign patient want to know:
Surprisingly, other apps make those questions difficult to answer. If it’s 8:27 PM and your timer app says you’ve worn your trays for 18 hours 41 minutes, do you have time for a snack? It’s not easy to figure out.
That’s why TrayTime records your time off. If you know your trays have been off for 1 hour 46 minutes, it’s easy to see you only have 14 minutes for a snack.
Between frequent brushing and flossing, you’re busy enough as an Invisalign patient. TrayTime makes using the app as streamlined and simple as possible, but it’s inevitable that — at some point — you’ll forget to start or stop the timer.
With other apps, you’re out of luck. You need to remember that you forgot to start the timer after lunch, and mentally calculate what your real time for the day is.
Because TrayTime was designed by an Invisalign user, it’s built to handle this situation. You can easily edit past timer events, so you don’t need to calculate your real time in your head.
It’s the little details that make the big picture.
Streamlined Interface
Start and stop the timer with a single tap, or from the Apple Watch app, or from the iPhone's Quick Action shortcut menu.
Records Time On and Time Off
The large display shows your Time On and Time Off. Time Off shows you how long your trays have been off for today, so you can quickly calculate if you’re on track to hit your daily goal (or whether you have time for a snack).
Track Your Entire History
TrayTime records every on and off event each day, and an entire history of every single day you’ve tracked.
Editable History
Forgot to start or stop the timer? Was you phone out of reach when you removed your trays? TrayTime makes it easy to edit your history and manually add past events.
Visual Goal Progress
Visual goal progress indicates which days you met your daily goal in a clear, easy-to-read format.
Record Your Tray Number
Keep track of what tray you’re currently on. Record upper and lower tray numbers separately, perfect for when their numbers differ.
Custom Daily Goals
Your daily goal is set to 22 hours per day by default, but can be configured for your individual needs.
Essential Actions On Your Wrist
Quickly view your Time On and Time Off directly on your wrist. Easily start and stop the timer in the Apple Watch app.
Apple Watch Complication Included
TrayTime provides a watch face complication so you can quickly see if the timer is running, and rapidly launch the app from your watch face.
No iPhone Required
The Apple Watch app works even when your iPhone is out of range. Any timer events started or stopped will be automatically synced back to your iPhone.
